Welcome to FlowTale, an AI-powered language learning application designed to enhance your learning experience by generating AI-based stories, definitions, and audio narration. FlowTale is provided by SmileyDude Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using FlowTale, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
1. Eligibility
FlowTale is intended for individuals aged 12 and older. In some jurisdictions, the minimum age may be higher due to content ratings and local regulations. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Services
FlowTale provides Users with:
AI-generated stories and definitions to support language learning.
Text-to-speech functionality with word highlighting.
Customisable story prompts subject to moderation.
Users may access limited features for free or subscribe for unlimited chapter generation.
3. Subscriptions
FlowTale offers a subscription plan priced at $9.99 per month, subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions are processed via the App Store. Billing terms and cancellation policies are governed by the App Store’s terms and conditions.
Free users are limited to three chapters per story.
4. Content Moderation
When you submit custom prompts, FlowTale’s AI moderation system assesses the request for compliance with our guidelines. Prompts with inappropriate content (e.g., excessive violence, sexual content, hate speech) will be rejected. Confidence thresholds are used for evaluation, and thresholds may vary by category.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use FlowTale solely for lawful purposes.
You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the AI systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate or submit does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
FlowTale, including its AI systems, designs, and generated content, is the intellectual property of SmileyDude Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the app.
7. Limitations of Liability
FlowTale is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality. SmileyDude Limited is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and SmileyDude Limited governing your use of FlowTale.
1. Licence Grant
SmileyDude Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FlowTale in accordance with this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or modify FlowTale.
Use FlowTale for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Reverse-engineer or exploit FlowTale’s AI systems.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in FlowTale remain with SmileyDude Limited. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
4. Privacy
By using FlowTale, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may terminate this agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using FlowTale and delete the app.
6. Liability Disclaimer
FlowTale is provided "as is." SmileyDude Limited disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
